Albany, NY (WRGB) — Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon announced, 44-year-old Franklin Glass has been sentenced to state prison for firing an illegal handgun outside his home.
Glass was sentenced on Thursday by the Honorable Andra Ackerman to serve seven years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision. Glass pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
