In a sequence of events, Atlanta has been grappling with the chilling aftermath of two fatal shootings that left the community reeling. Atlanta police have disclosed that 36-year-old Travis Williams has been charged in connection to two murders that occurred within 92 minutes of each other on July 24, as per a WSBTV report.
The first incident took place on the 1600 block of Memorial Drive SE, where a 45-year-old man was found dead just before 1 p.m. Details of his identity have not been disclosed, as the investigation remains ongoing. Less than two hours later, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers were summoned to the 300 block of Skylar Way SE.
