THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — One baby boy was covered in a tissue pad, and his twin brother was stuffed in a black garbage bag when they were dumped in an alley behind the Bronx building where they were born.
They died there, too.
Their mother, 36-year-old Staphanie Castillo, was arrested last week and is accused of killing her newborn twins in their fourth-floor apartment at 1460 College Ave. in November 2020, according to the criminal complaint.
