U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Buffalo, in collaboration with the Buffalo Police Department, has arrested a Kenyan national on charges of being a felon in possession of ammunition. The individual, identified as Aden Ibrahim, 29, is a lawful permanent resident.

We are committed to fostering strong partnerships that strengthen our community and safeguard our region,” stated HSI Buffalo Special Agent in Charge Erin Keegan.
The arrest occurred on July 9 when Buffalo Police responded to a report of an “unwelcomed guest” at a local residence.
