Another flash flood watch is heading to central Pennsylvania, and Mount Joy could be at the center of it, just weeks after getting slammed by flooding.
Trader Dan’s, a gaming store in Mount Joy, is still recovering from the severe weather back on July 14, and the road to recovery has been far from easy.
