SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A Tracy man has admitted to his part in a murder-for-hire plot that took place in 2023, officials at the United States Department of Justice announced on Thursday.
51-year-old Shaminderjit Singh Sandhu of Tracy pleaded guilty to conspiring to use interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire.
Court documents revealed that Sandhu collaborated with 49-year-old Jagninder Singh Boparai of Manteca and 47-year-old Ramesh Kumar Birla Jr. of Dublin to kill a person identified as Victim 2.
