Providence night club fined after disturbance at block party

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A popular Providence night club has been ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after a block party erupted into chaos last week.

The Providence Board of Licenses also revoked Noir Lounge’s license to stay open until 3 a.m. and ordered the owner to cancel the block party slated for this weekend.
