RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is injured after police said he was shot in Richmond’s East End early Thursday morning.
At 12:15 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Creighton Road in Richmond’s East End for the report of a shooting.
