Lee’s Summit man charged after threatening letter sent to Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – A Lee’s Summit man has been charged after he allegedly threatened a Jackson County Prosecutor through a letter.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, July 23, indicate that John R. Collings, 57, of Lee’s Summit, has been charged after sending threats to a prosecutor.
