SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — UPDATE at 9 p.m. – Avista restored power to nearly 2,000 customers whose power went out on Wednesday evening.
As of 9 p.m., two power outages, each over 100 customers, are still active. One is near Indiana Avenue and Sullivan Road, and the other is near 16th Avenue and Bowdish Road.
Avista said crews are working to restore power, but did not give an expected restoration time…
