HONOLULU (KHON2) — An Oahu judge has dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit for the 2021 officer-involved shooting that left an unarmed man dead.
In April 2021, Honolulu police shot Lindani Myeni after they said he attacked and seriously injured an officer.
