HONOLULU (Island News) — Honolulu police are seeking help from the public to locate Fernando Agpaoa who was last seen on Tuesday in the Keehi Lagoon area.
The 61-year-old man was last seen on July 29 at 7p.m. along the canal leading out to Keehi Lagoon, in the area of 2475 N. Nimitz Hwy.
Agpaoa’s family and friends are very concerned for his safety and well-being as he has not been seen or heard from since. He is known to frequent the Kalihi areas…
