RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance in locating a runaway 17-year-old.
According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, Jamya Sowell, 17, 5’6″, 175 pounds, was last seen on Thursday, July 31st at around 2 P.M. leaving her foster home on the 1500 Block of Avalon Avenue.
