CINCINNATI — City leaders and residents are calling for urgent action after a viral video of a downtown brawl last weekend reignited concerns about public safety.
Three of the five people charged in connection with the incident near Fourth and Elm streets are now in police custody. The fight, which broke out early Saturday morning, drew national attention and has left many in the community shaken.
