She prayed for a miracle, then won $2 million on scratch-off

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A Columbia woman is giving thanks after winning $2 million from a scratch-off ticket purchased at a gas station on Bush River Road.

The Midlands resident said she bought the winning ticket at City Fuel & Food, a gas station she had never visited before.

“I was riding down the road, and I prayed for a lottery win,” she said. “And that’s exactly what I got.”…
