COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) – South Carolina is now the 33rd state in the country that has passed a Hands-Free Law.
The new law bans handheld phone use while driving. Governor Henry McMaster held a ceremonial signing today for the bill that has been debated in the State General Assembly for years before passing this session.
