Surveillance video shows moment man critically injured in West Philadelphia hit-and-run

A hit-and-run in West Philadelphia left the pedestrian critically injured early Thursday morning.

Police say a dark-colored Jeep Cherokee was traveling northbound on 58th Street when it struck a 32-year-old man who was attempting to cross Delancey Street around 2:45 a.m.

The Jeep Cherokee fled the scene, continuing north on 58th Street.
