APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – On Friday morning, a Green Bay man was arrested for his sixth OWI offense after being pulled over for speeding on I-41 by a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper.
A release provided by the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post states that 52-year-old Steven C. Hendricks of Green Bay was pulled over for speeding on I-41 near WIS 47 in Appleton around 10:55 a.m. on August 1.
During the traffic stop, the trooper reportedly observed signs of impairment and conducted a roadside investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests.

Based on the results, it was determined that Hendricks was driving above his .02 blood alcohol concentration restriction. He was subsequently arrested for his sixth OWI offense and taken to the Outagamie County Jail…
