(Des Moines, IA) — A second man has been arrested for multiple crimes last weekend in Des Moines.
City police say 18-year old Elijah Gates has been charged in connection with attempted vehicle thefts and a shooting that riddled a family’s home and car on Saylor Road with a dozens of bullets.
