The City of Grandview will break ground on the expansion of Blue Ridge Boulevard on Monday, August 4 at 9:30 am.
The multi-million dollar project is the largest infrastructure improvement in city history, affecting nearly five miles of the boulevard from 71 Highway on the east to Prospect Ave on the west.
