LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with Arkansas-based retail giant Walmart said in a statement that the company has reached a settlement with Zest Labs.
Zest Labs prevailed in court in a 2018 lawsuit that resulted in a $222 million judgment against Walmart in May. Attorneys representing Zest said at the time it was one of the largest verdicts in Arkansas history.
