DENVER (KDVR) — Aurora police responded to a report of a shooting in a parking garage at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus on Friday night.
The Aurora Police Department said on X that its patrol officers responded to the parking garage near Children’s Way and Colfax Avenue at around 10:15 p.m., to assist the University of Colorado Boulder Police Department, following reports of a shooting.

Aurora police said a suspect was taken into custody “following a brief pursuit” that the APD said did not leave the medical campus.
