MANASSAS, Va. (DC News Now) — A 65-year-old man is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge after a crash in Manassas left a person dead, authorities announced on Friday.
Minutes after 6 p.m. on July 26, officers with the Manassas City Police Department were called to the intersection of Ashton Avenue and Godwin Drive for a crash.
