Michigan Hit-and-Run Investigation: Ann Arbor Police Seek Information After Early Tuesday Crash

Ann Arbor, MI – Police in Ann Arbor are asking for the public’s help following a hit-and-run crash that left a local man seriously injured early Tuesday morning.

According to the Ann Arbor Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call reporting a man down in the roadway near Greene Street and East Davis Avenue before 2 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29. Upon arrival, officers found a 46-year-old Ann Arbor man who appeared to have been struck by a southbound vehicle after falling in the roadway. Police allege the driver of the vehicle failed to remain at the scene after the collision.

Authorities said the victim was transported by Huron Valley Ambulance to the University of Michigan Hospital. As of Tuesday, he remained hospitalized in serious but stable condition…
