Police expert believes federal prosecution of carjackings would help reduce crime

Greenbelt, MD (WBFF) — The US Attorney for the District of Maryland announced the sentencing of a Maryland man in a federal carjacking and weapons case.

Sean Franklin Mills Jr., 21, was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years supervised probation as part of a plea deal in a string of at least six carjackings across Prince George’s County.
