LACKAWANNA, N.Y. — The City of Lackawanna provided new information on a Tuesday house fire that took the lives of a 4-year-old girl and her mother.
The victims have been identified as 28-year-old Felicia Toporek, who was a mother of three, and her 4-year daughter, Audrey Zosowski. Toporek died at Erie County Medical Center, while Audrey died at Mercy Hospital.
