Girl, 15, tells South Euclid police tall tale of how she wound up with stolen car

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — Officers stopped a vehicle with no license plates July 20 and the driver said that the car belonged to her grandmother and that the temporary tag was at her house. She said she had taken the car with without her grandmother’s knowledge.
