HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A popular shopping center was damaged earlier this week when a dump truck came barreling through an intersection and into the side of a Target.
News 19 is now hearing from a man who saw the whole thing happen and rushed to the aid of the people in the truck.

“That thing was just going so fast, just nothing slowed it down,” Randy Chappell said.
