The last thing I would ever want anybody telling me is that I’m not allowed to have air-conditioning during the summer months, where the heat index is over 100° and it feels like we are living in a sauna.
That’s apparently what one mobile home park in Kalamazoo, Pavilion Estates, has done, as they recently sent out a notice to all of their residents saying that window AC units were no longer available and they were instructed to remove them. So… they’re banning residents from having air conditioning?
This new policy has a lot of people outraged and confused, because, as one current resident said, this has not been strictly enforced…
