Jury Reaches Verdict In Ksoo & ATK Scotty’s Murder Trial

Jacksonville rapper Ksoo and his cousin, ATK Scotty, have been convicted of murdering Charles McCormick after six days of grueling testimony. On Thursday, July 31, a jury found Hakeem “Ksoo” Robinson and Leroy “ATK Scotty” Whitaker guilty of first-degree. During the trial, prosecutors argued that Robinson and Whitaker, along with their accomplice, Dominique Barner, conspired to kill McCormick in 2020. The state called on Robinson’s father, Abdul Robinson, Sr., to testify about his son’s alleged involvement in the murder. According to First Coast News, the jury only spent three and a half hours deliberating before they reached a verdict.
