MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Manuel Salgado Pena, 53, was arrested in connection with a stabbing that left a woman injured last month in northwest Miami-Dade, according to jail records obtained Friday by Local 10 News.
The incident occurred around 8:45 a.m. on July 24 at an apartment in the area of Northwest 172nd Street and 94th Court.
