Butterlove Dinnerhouse shutting its doors after 1 year

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Unexpectedly, the owners of Butterlove Dinnerhouse stated in a Facebook post on Aug. 1 that the business would be shutting its doors on Aug. 2.

According to the post, the main reason for closure is due to changes in the restaurant industry, and the owners will now focus more on their bakery, The Ruffled Cup.

“Like many in the restaurant industry, we’ve felt the effects of changing times,” stated the owners. “The past few years have brought significant challenges to independent restaurants everywhere, and we’ve been so proud to weather that storm with the support of this incredible community. You’ve made our tables feel like home—sharing anniversaries, birthdays, Sunday dinners, and morning brunches with us. We’re beyond honored to have been part of your lives.”
