OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The final three residents at City View moved out Friday. They’re finding their new start, with help from multiple Omaha nonprofits.
Volunteers with the North Omaha Community Partnership were on site moving furniture from the building Friday, but say all tenants are relocated. Some are in new homes, others at hotels until their apartments are ready.
“They do have housing but their housing is not ready yet,” said NOCP Executive Director Tamika Mease. “We have availability stemming from the beginning of next week all the way to August 15,” explained Mease.
