(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) arrested a 45-year-old man who had an active warrant.
At around 3:35 p.m. on Thursday, officers with CSPD’s Motor Vehicle Theft unit located a green Dodge Durango in the area of East Pikes Peak Avenue and North Hancock Avenue, near Memorial Park. Officers initially investigated the criminal offense and learned there was a stolen handgun in the car at the time of the theft.
Motor Vehicle Theft detectives conducted surveillance on the car, and with coordinated efforts of the Tactical Enforcement Unit, a Contact Block was performed, and 45-year-old Ricky Webb was taken into custody…
