David Feil, a former teacher with the Douglas County School District, has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and now has an arraignment set for September.
Feil was taken into custody in May by detectives with the Special Victims Unit of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for alleged sex-related crimes.
