Bar licenses
Three bars were granted a license at the meeting, including:
- Water Canyon Winery, Springdale
- Green Room Lounge, Salt Lake City
- Eagle Market ‘The Eatery’, Fillmore
After last months boost of licenses (due to the ongoing population quota tweks), 26 bar licenses remain in the inventory, leaving the month.
Full-service restaurant license (beer, wine, liquor)
- Fat Fish, Bountiful
- Sicilia Mia, Millcreek
- Peace on Earth, Provo
- Tuk Tuks Marmalade, Salt Lake City
- Basta Pasteria, Draper
- `Mr. & Mrs. Crab Juicy Seafood & Bar, American Fork
- The Lake Break at Northshore, South Jordan, September opening
After this month’s issuances, seventy-four full-service restaurant licenses now remain in the state’s inventory.
Limited-service restaurant license (beer, wine)
Six businesses received this more limited license type as follows:
- Maru Sushi and Bowls, South Jordan
- Grill Bar, Taylorsville
- Sakura Sushi, Lehi
- Mozz, Salt Lake City
- Flower Child, Riverton
- Red Fort Cuisine of India, Cedar City
Beer-only restaurant license
Lastly, a duo of businesses received their beer-only license:
