GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A reward of up to $30,000 is available for information leading to an arrest in the unsolved 2017 homicide of a Greensboro woman, Governor Josh Stein and the Greensboro Police Department announced Friday.
On Sept. 19, 2017, Jacqueline Rene Thompson, 47, arrived at Cone Hospital with a gunshot wound, where she later died from her injuries.
Police later determined the shooting occurred inside a home in the 600 block of East Gate City Boulevard and that the shooting was not random.
