A good Samaritan who helped save several dogs trapped in a hot car reunited with the Temple University police officer who came to the animals’ rescue.
Corinthia Johnson, a block captain on 13th Street, said she spotted the animals last Friday in a vehicle parked at 13th and Jefferson streets in North Philadelphia.
