“Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn, III announced the rendition and arraignment of 51-year-old Orlando Robles of Texas on Wednesday, 7/30/2025, in the Fall River Superior Court related to a series of violent sexual assaults on four female victims that were committed in 2013 in New Bedford.
The defendant was arraigned on charges of Kidnapping, two counts of Rape, Indecent Assault and Battery on a Person over 14, nine counts of Assault and Battery, Assault with the intent to Commit an Indecent Assault and Battery and Use of a Vehicle in the Commission of a Crime. The defendant is held without bail, without prejudice on these charges and will next appear in the Fall River Superior Court on September 9, 2025, for a pre- trial conference.
The defendant is alleged to have violently attacked four adult women in New Bedford between June and July of 2013. The defendant was a stranger to all four victims.
