Alleged Davis Picnic Day shooter charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm

Davis is currently on trial for allegedly shooting three people on April 12 at Rainbow City Park during Picnic Day.

Minimum wage increases by 40 cents in the following year

This new charge comes from a DOJ investigation that was conducted after the alleged shooting. During that investigation, officers searched Davis’s apartment and seized a short-barrel AR-15 style pistol. He was prohibited from having any firearms and ammunition because he had already been convicted of a gun possession offense.

If Davis is convicted of this new charge, he could face up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, the DOJ said…
