Paradiso’s downtown Salem location has permanently closed after “unforeseen staffing challenges,” the restaurant announced.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Paradiso at the grand theatre,” the restaurant wrote in message dated July 30 that was posted on Instagram July 31.
The post said staffing challenges, including the recent loss of their head chef, caused the restaurant to be unable to continue operating at the “level of quality and consistency that we believe you deserve.”…
