A Saratoga County dog breeder is facing 55 counts of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals. Those charges come after sheriff’s deputies seized 54 golden retrievers, and one chihuahua from a home in Milton.
When the golden retrievers began to arrive at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, most of them were puppies that were still nursing.
