WOODBRIDGE, Va. (7News) — A man is behind bars after he allegedly shot two family members, killing one, during an altercation at a home in Woodbridge on Thursday, according to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD).
Khampheng Quanlangsy, 56, of Woodbridge, was charged with murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with a fatal shooting that happened on July 31 in the 12900 block of Kenmar Drive.
PWCPD officials said officers rushed to a home in the area around 5:42 p.m. after reports of a shooting. Investigators who arrived at the scene discovered that Quanlangsy was arguing with family members inside the home when he allegedly pulled out a gun and shot two relatives before calling the paramedics…
