BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an at-risk juvenile who has been reported as a first-time runaway.
Cason Hutchins, 17, was last seen on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Dale Street.
