DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A local man has been arrested and charged after a video of him seemingly assaulting a child circulated on social media.
According to the Dayton Police & Fire’s social media post, the video shows Jeff Lemmings, 45, verbally and physically assaulting a child.
