LOWELL, MI – Sugar, Snowflake, Rainbow and Garbage bustled their way through the main drag of the Kent County Youth Fair.
Together, the quartet made up the last clowning troupe of Kent County 4-H in the youth fair on Friday, Aug. 1, at the Grand Agricultural Center of West Michigan in Lowell.
