GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) reported a raccoon has tested positive for rabies in Greenville County.
The raccoon was found on Tuesday July 29 near Rabon Valley Acres Road and South Nelson Drive in Fountain Inn. The raccoon was submitted to DPH’s laboratory for testing, and was confirmed to have rabies.
