CADIZ, Ky. (WSMV) – A Tennessee man was arrested after he reportedly fled from Kentucky police while he was handcuffed and only wearing underwear, according to WKDZ Radio.
WKDZ reports that the Cadiz Police Department was called to assist Trigg County deputies after a suspect escaped from them.
The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Joshua Jordan, of Dickson, Tenn., was in custody and had been taken to the justice center. While in the back of the deputy’s cruiser, Jordan began banging his head against the cage in the car to hurt himself.
