SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — The Town of Surfside Beach limits the times that golf carts are allowed on the roads, a rule many said needs to be changed.
South Carolina legislation prohibits the use of golf carts between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. This regulation is what Surfside Beach currently operates under. However, this time limit is unfavored by many.
