A man from Clifton Park is accused of driving drunk while his license was revoked.
Derek A. Radz, 55, was stopped on Route 9P in the town of Saratoga around 6 p.m. on Saturday after a license plate reader showed that the vehicle’s registration was suspended, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
Radz allegedly was intoxicated. His license had been revoked because of a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years. In addition, Radz is accused of operating his vehicle without a court-ordered ignition interlock device. Radz also refused to take a breath test, investigators said…
